A place to enjoy
Our busy HQ is located in Kettering, Northamptonshire. The space is open plan, because we believe that people communicate better that way, with meeting rooms and two chill-out areas for downtime. There’s a nifty little kitchen diner for lunch breaks, and we encourage everyone to take a full hour away from their desks, whether it’s to catch up with workmates or switch off for a bit. Our standard office hours are from 9am to 5.30pm, with flexible working available.

Types of jobs
Management Accountant
As an experienced management accountant, you will be responsible for delivering monthly management reporting packs to a portfolio of clients, with the confidence to talk them through the performance of their business. As well as using your commercial experience to be able to guide your clients in a range of finance related queries and offer sound business support.
Financial Accounts Assistant
Join our financial accounts team where your responsibilities will include purchase ledger and sales ledger processing, Payroll, VAT returns and much more. The role would suit someone either with experience in a similar role or someone looking to start their career working in accounts.
Management Accounts Assistant
As a management accounts assistant you will work within the management accounts team, preparing weekly and monthly reports for multiple clients as well as supporting our management accountants to prepare budgets and forecasts. This is the idea role for someone looking to take the next step in their career.
Supply Chain Analyst
Working with a number of clients, you will work closely with them to build their demand plans based on their customer’s requirements and liaise with factories and supplier to ensure stock in delivered on time, available to deliver to customers. Other duties include maintaining accurate stock records and managing reworks. Role would suit someone working in an operations role, looking to take the next steps in their career.
Supply Chain Co-Ordinator
As part of our Supply Chain and Operations team you will be responsible for managing customer orders for a number of clients. As well as accurately processing orders you will liaise with distributors to deliver high levels of customer service to customers, responsible for accurately raising invoices and dealing with and delivery related queries. Role would suit someone with experience in a similar role or someone looking to begin a career in Operations and Supply Chain.
