At AFP we work hard, love what we do, and have fun while we’re doing it. Come and join the family.
A place to enjoy
Our busy HQ is located in Kettering, Northamptonshire. The space is open plan, because we believe that people communicate better that way, with meeting rooms and two chill-out areas for downtime. There’s a nifty little kitchen diner for lunch breaks, and we encourage everyone to take a full hour away from their desks, whether it’s to catch up with workmates or switch off for a bit. Our standard office hours are from 9am to 5.30pm, with flexible working available.

Arriving completely new to the role of Supply Chain Co-ordinator at AFP, I was guided through my training by my kind and patient colleagues. Then after about a year I progressed to the position of Supply Chain Analyst, and again received more care and support.
Working with multiple clients means that there is never a dull day at AFP and it has given me the opportunity to learn so much about different industries. AFP have even made it possible for me to work towards a CIPS level 3 qualification.
We’re always on the look-out for brilliant people
