Client Relationship Manager

37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, Office based, Kettering, UK

Would you love to work with established brands across all sectors, supporting them with their growth journey and the challenges that they may face?

Do you have a proven track record of building relationships with clients, customers, suppliers, logistics and transport partners using your expertise to advise clients on any issues within their supply chain? If the answer is yes, then this could be the role for you.

As a CRM at AFP, you will be working closely with a portfolio of clients managing the overall quality of service provided to them.  Using your expertise to ensure that our agreed performance levels are met through the delivery of our service, identifying, and offering additional business opportunities and giving feedback regarding any concerns which may impact negatively on service delivery. In addition to this you will be monitoring the clients profitability to maintain suitable fee levels.

In this role you will be the key interface between AFP and our Client, therefore strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively internally and externally is vital.   You will be communicating key performance requirements for the account and the agreed delivery timelines to our internal teams, working with them to understand the AFP operational processes which impact on the service delivery for the client, minimising any risk and delivering commercial value.

 

Requirements

You will work closely with the Head of Client Services and the wider business to look at how we can drive improvement to achieve excellent client satisfaction and creating further opportunities to support the growth of our clients and AFP. We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for continuous improvement and questioning the status quo.

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to make decisions in a commercial multiclient environment (in the Supply Chain industry) with potentially conflicting deadlines and drive action through people.
